The setting was unbeatable. The staff were really very amiable and amicable. Chilled out on its balcony with an outdoor seating and a seating.

Awesome views, fairly good bedroom, everything was good. Friendly and informative staff, made the stay great. We truly enjoyed simple check-in too. The bed was exceptionally comfortable overall. It was in a marvellous and fab place.

It has spacious bedroom with very comfy beds. Informative staff knows how to make your stay fine.

The apartment was a brilliant base for sightseeing in Cardiff, really enjoyed it. Staff was amicable and informative.- Comfy room with stunning views, I was satisfied.- Great and brilliant location, the area in general was great near a beautiful river, and both town centre and Cardiff Bay.- Was only here for the weekend, yet would book again.

The modern facilities and great staff made it easy for us to have everything we needed at this place, with an electric kettle, microwave oven, and central heating readily available.

This place is great as it's very close to the city center, the staff are friendly and provided lots of helpful information; plus, they have useful amenities like an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven, and you can enjoy views of the bay.

You can walk to all these places without any hassle. the penthouse offers stunning views of the bay and the river, creating a beautiful atmosphere. the apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and offer home comforts such as underfloor heating.

Some furniture and fittings in the apartments were tired or even missing, and there were no staff to greet us upon arrival as mentioned in the details. It would be better to have a more thorough check of the room and ensure all amenities are present before guests arrive.

We had a great time at this place. We enjoyed a quiet stay close to the city center, Cardiff Bay, and the bus stop. The hotel also had smoke detectors for our safety.

The location here is fantastic, so peaceful, and just a 5-minute drive to the Wharf, and the check-in process was really straightforward.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy walking access to both the city center and Cardiff bay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. the manager was also very helpful and informative, providing great service.

One small drawback was that some areas of the hotel were not properly cleaned and maintained, which was a bit disappointing.
